Welcome to Paragould Arkansas, seat of Greene County and strategically located in beautiful Northeast Arkansas overlooking the Ozark Mountains. We are the only Paragould in the world and the Arkansas Crime and Information Center recently recorded our city as the “Safest City in Arkansas.“
